Instant Chem-Noodles

A short film aimed at raising awareness of the overuse of food additives in instant noodles. They contain large quantities of harmful additives, damage the human digestive system, and have no nutritional value whatsoever. A set of ‘real’ noodles packaging has also been designed to reveal the ‘true’ nature of the ingredients.

Essentially, Peri bought the ingredients online, set up all the audio and video equipments and prepared all the props, background scape, lighting and radio microphone by myself. Additionally, the music choice of the soundtrack in her video has successfully enhanced the rhythm and bring sentiment to the audience as a whole. I recorded every single shot and montage all the videos together by using premiere pro. This was actually the first time ever for me to produce a videography.

New Blood Exhitbition

This project conducted a short film with a series of posters and noodles packaging, and labels design. The resulting works received an excellent (70+) and a great attention from the installation at P3 Ambika and D&AD New Blood Exhibition, which is located in Baker Street and Shoreditch, London. The exhibition was very successful, which was a brilliant influence and experience to Peri.
