Arte

Collaboration Project

ft. Bulut Buluz

2021

London, UK
Toronto, Canada

El  ARTE  is a collaboration project with an approach to explore visual art and culture from time to time. Peri works with a Toronto based visual artist Bulut Buluz in this project. We have created a logo, a series of booklet, videos. and social media campaigns to display our ideas towards ARTE. We created visual content to share our ideas of how ARTE have been travelling throughout time and space, from sculpture to digital media nowadays. We combined ARTE with nature elements, while playing with textures and sound to fuel creativities.

In this project, Bulut applied gradient layers and texture to the sculpture of David, and Peri has edited it to different visual layouts, GIFs and motion campaigns. The idea is to combine sculpture and modern elements together in order to create interesting visual identities.

The concept of ARTE originally developed by Peri, inspired by her MA course in Art of Visual Culture. In which, she combined her collection of research papers and essays together while continue to explore different topics in this subject matter. The studies including production display and discourse in art museums, galleries and operatives, also involved digital cultures and social media marketing.
